Physically disabled are in other words physically challenged people for society. Subhash Desai has been of the opinion that ‘Everybody should contribute to make the handicapped people get in line with the main stream of society and it’s duty of every person to make the possible efforts in this direction.’ He has done vast number of ventures in this regard. He decided to get all the Handicapped people united so that finding solution to their problem will be easier and perfect and also it will benefit more and more number of people. He sought guidance right from Central Support Authorities for Handicapped people till Vijay marchang Handicapped Rehabilitation organisation. Shri. Subhash Desai has started with a separate section for looking after the problems being faced by Physically disabled people.
         He has been striving hard and successfully to make the licences from BMC for Handicapped available to them at easiest. He has also contributed a lot for removing the hurdles in providing Telephone Booth or Government jobs to handicapped people, which is their right. He is also updating his database of handicapped people frequently so that he can offer his help to more and more deserving people.
